Osteoimplant Technology, Inc.’s ALFA Acetabular Cup System has been designed to enhance fixation in the acetabulum with a tri-spiked and cluster hole configurations. The objective of the product design is to minimize micromotion on three primary modes: Tilt, migration and rotation.

The ALFA system’s advanced design features result in initial and long-term fixation. The porous coating has been chosen for its mean pore size found to be proven effective in clinical trials for bone fixation.
